Killer Instinct ships the Compact DSC crank in two sled widths, and they are not interchangeable. The Fierce 405 takes the wide sled. Buying the narrow sled means it will not seat on the rail.

The manufacturer lists these models as wide-sled compatible: Rival 410, Fiery 400, Rush 400, BC 405, Lethal 405, Fierce 405, Hero 380, BC 370.
